A. Please call 1 800-513-8562 If you are:
1) Shipping to a residential address.
2) Your total shipment is 150 pounds or more.
3) Need two or three day shipping.
4) Shipping address is located outside the U.S.
5) Shipping address in located in the following States - HI, AL, Puerto Rico or Virgin Island

B. Payment in US dollars only. Orders will not be shipped until full payment or government purchase order is received. Financing is available. All Orders are final.

C. Truck freight charges apply. Shipping defaults to a preset amount on our shopping cart, although actual freight may be different. You will be notified of freight cost before your sink station is shipped.

D) Return units will not be accepted without previous authorization, within seven days from the delivery date, and are subject to 25% restocking fee and freight charges.

INSPECT YOUR DELIVERY
It is your responsibility to inspect your delivery. You must check for damage and you must check that you are receiving the exact item you ordered.
When you sign the Bill of Lading, a legal document, you are accepting the delivery in good condition and you have received what you ordered.
DO NOT ASSUME - CHECK YOUR DELIVERY
If it is damaged, refuse it. If you accept it, its yours!
