The newly introduced ADA Accessible Portable Science Lab has been specifically designed to allow students with limited mobility access to live scientific experiments in a classroom setting. Sturdily built and completely self contained, it does away with the need for water lines or drains. The workstation includes the following:
- A durable stainless steel sink
- Hot and cold running water
- Comes with Portable Butane Micro Burner
- A chemical and heat resistant counter top
- Gas fixture available for an extra charge
Its ease of use and mobility is what makes it popular. Simply fill the fresh water tank and slide it into the cabinet under the sink. Plug it into any standard electric power outlet to activate the built in electric water pump and heater. This provides you with immediate access to hot and cold running water.
The sink also features a storage cabinet with permanent shelving to store lab equipment in. The Portable Science Lab is compact enough to fit through a standard single door, and the large work surface is easily approached from either side with a wheelchair.
